I have almost finished day one of the three-day cleanse, and I wondered if a headache is part of the cleansing process? Late this afternoon, I have begun to develop a headache that's not too bad, but I wanted to know if there was something I could do if it does become really bad. Also, I am a little hungry, and I wondered if my appetite will wain on days two and three. I guess I just want to know what to expect. Thank you.
