I was reading about these toxins in the Hulda Clark book. For the last few years I was living off nuts, honeys, brown rice thinking I was being the healthy one. I suspect I have really damaged my liver as I developed chronic fatigue syndrome. I am steering clear of these foods now and things are slowly improving. How long will it take the liver to heal if I am kind to my body? Should I flush if I have liver damage?
