If your CalMagPlus drink is causing a "clean" out you are most likely not absorbing any of it. Some of the data states that minerals need to remain in the digestive tract 12 hours to enable full (as much as the body will take up) absorption.

Try taking much smaller doses of your CalMagPlus several times through out the day and not enough all at once to ever cause the scoots; unless that is the effect you want on occasion.
