My CalMagPlus drink has all that and it already cleans me out with the scoots. If I increase it, I'm afraid my gut would turn inside out!!!

I increased the mineralized salt [Himalayan] to offset the iodine detox symptoms and help flush out the toxins.

What a puzzle this all is!! Reminds me of a computer flow chart!!
