Just started 8 drops of Lugols a day on Monday. Also doing sole a few times a day, about 96 oz of lemon water a day, extra C, selenium, salt loading, calmagplus drink. I want to try the alkalizing drink, but I'm not yet convinced of the safety of that pickling lime.

If I'm still too acidic, I guess I'll need to try more ways to become alkaline!
