Hi mamacatpatch,

How much Lugol's are you doing?

Towards the end of my 4 months of high dosing, I would get some light cramping in my feet at night. Perhaps your body is telling you something. Maybe do more alkalizing baths and drinks and/or back off the Lugol's a bit and see if that helps.
