I tried the enema Monday in the bathtub and Im not sure if I did it right.

I layed down in the correct position and insert the tube in my anus. Then in the middle of releasing the warm water, my stomach was gargling . Then I needed to quickly run to the toilet b/c i needed to release some stool. It started pouring out like diarrhea non-stop.

is this suppose to happen?

What are castor oil packs and how do you massage you abdomen for better results?
