In addition to the remedial therapies to combat the infections (CS is great BTW, and also ozone - esp. via vaginal insufflation), you must try to make your body as alkaline as possible to prevent the UTIs in the first place.

There are many places on the web to learn about alkalizing, but be as green as possible, very low fruit sugar, low carbs, no processed sugars, no white or processed flour, etc....
