I've only seen it in powder within capsules. All I know is that it is best to take it on an empty stomach. That leaves very little time for me. I take it upon rising. It doesn't say how long after taking to eat or how long before I need to take another supplement on an empty stomach. The way things are going, I'll never get to eat.
