Im slightly embarrased of getting colonics so can I just get a colema board or just do PB shakes with enemas?

Also, i remember reading that you suggested those who suffer with candida shouild do a juice fast but greens only correct?
Is BSM okay ?



So basically do Colon Cleanse first, digestive enzymes, THEN probiotics. :)
