I've been taking Lugols since the first week of February - at the time this forum began. I started out S-L-O-W-L-Y, for I knew that I was heavily brominated/fluoridated/mercury'd/aluminum'd...etc., you get the picture!

I worked my way up (incrementally) to 50mg. and sustained that for about 2 months.

For the summer months, I'm cutting down to 2 drops per day and concentrating on rebuilding my eliminative system (kidneys, liver, bowel), so that I can experience more effective toxin release & less stress on my body. I'm 54, so I've got respect for the miles I've put on my body & will exhibit mercy to it ;)

If I were in my 30's or younger, I believe I'd 'go for it', as they say.

As far as experiencing good results...it's still a bit of a roller coaster ride for me, but for the most part, my energy is definitely improved & more accessible.
