after a car accident i begaN to lose my hair. I've read hair loss is related to the thyroid - so from all the good things i hear Iodine can do for the thyroid im trying out lugols. Whatever other benefits i get from the Lugols is a bonus.. we'll see how my hair does.. do you think i should stop taking the Lugols if I am going to begin the moreless protocol which uses kelp... if kelp already has iodine, wouldnt adding Lugols be overdoing it? [[ havn't started the ML protocol, still waiting on the BSM to arrive. ]]
