I don't think my thyroid problem is caused by Iodine deficiency. I've been eating a variety of seaweeds all my life, including Kelp and Nori. These days I'm actually trying to curb because seaweeds may well be polluted the same way as most fishes are. Anyway, I'll check Iodine forum later. Maybe I have too much Iodine in my system, causing imbalance.
I suspect the main culprits are mercury and flouride. I got rid of all Amalgams in January, and I use watter filter with flouride reduction. I thought these rings would just do the trick for me to normalize my thyroid and give me more energy.
Since this is magnet therapy forum, let me ask you a question. I'm thinking of ordering a very strong magnet and place it on the bottom of my water pitcher(I'm trying to re-mineralize my teeth). Do you know which side, + or -, has to be in contact with the pitcher?
