ive been oil pulling for many months now. and for cooking i use almost nothing but coconut oil. i also add co oil to stuff like smoothies just so i can get more of it in me.

i find it kind of discouraging that after all these positive changes, that my face is starting to look like crap.

i dont think its possible to drink more water. i mean just the fact taht i drink 80% more water now then before. i switched to healthy oils...what else am i supose to do?

ive been cleansing, in the last 2 months i did a parasite, colon and liver cleanse. up next is kidney.

iduno......im a bit frustrated.
