Im 28, and turned my life around 6 months ago. Stoped eating junk and processed food, no more soda, very little sugar, eat more fruits and veggies. stoped using alot of the popular products and choose the healthier ones (shampoo, toothpaste, face cream, deodorant, etc)

well i find that since about 2 months ago i notice wrinkles on my forehead. i never noticed any before.

here is my before and after routine.

before: shower every other day, wash my face with some 'clean and clear'. use oil of olay every morning, and after every shower. dont wash my face any other time then when i shower.

after: shower every other day, stoped using the 'clean and clear' i now only wash my face with water. still use the oil of olay every morning. but for a few weeks now i use this coconut oil face cream every night also. i stoped using the co cream since i got this zip on my forehead.

so what is causing these wrinkles all of a sudden?
age? not washing my face? eating better???

what can i do to either reduce them or stop them from getting worste?
