I would like to thank you for all the time you spend on this forum. This is another one of your excellent posts. I am grateful to you. Since my husband was diagnosed with cancer three years ago, I have spent a great deal of time researching it.

A few years back I went to a formal gathering in support of a man who was being recognized for his community leadership. His wife is a "detail woman." After the event had ended, I overheard his wife say to another woman, who happened to be a nurse, "You never know how close you are. If he, (the doctor this nurse worked for) had only prescribed one more whatever drug she was pushing to a patient, my team might have won that trip to Hawaii........................." I will never forget that moment.
