Those sound like toxins to me. The skin is th largest purifying organ of the human body. The liver handles most of the toxin removal BUT the skin pulls a load too. The skin will remove toxins through basically the same location on the body - yours is through the fingers while other folks skin might remove them through the feet, legs, scalp, torso, etc. It is like having a "toxic dump site" that is used over and over again.
