Whew, there you are, I posted on a different forum, but someone pointed me in the right direction. Here is the original post:

Hi Harley girl,

First of all, I wanted to say that what you are doing is great and is definitely really appreciated by many!

I got some Amalgam out and am still waiting for a metal toxicity report but am going ahead with the chelation.

However, I was only able to find the following from your protocol:
To be taken 1x a day:
Vit E, Zinc, B6, Magnesium, Selenium

To my dismay, the following substances, to be taken 3x daily is where I encountered problems:
I found: Vit C, of course.... but neither the B1 (50 mg) or the L-Glutathione or the L-Methionine!!!

The only tablet I found was from the pharmacy, a pill containing the following:
L-Methionine 25 mg.... Is this better than nothing? The pill also contains a heavy dose of carnitine, so I don't think it would be wise to take up to 8 pills...

Of the additional supplements, I have the following:
Garlic (900 mg), B Complex, Alpha Lipoic Acid (13,000 mg), Chlorella (have not encountered digestive problems) and Milk Thistle Cardo Mariano. Manganese was also available, but I did not buy it.

You mentioned Lutein Lycopene but the only things I found were Lutein (calendula extract) and Tomato Lycopene. I also found L-Glutamine but don't think this is similar to the L-Glutathione. (?) Finally, I found a garlic compound mixed with parsley, but have not found cilantro in any supplement form.

How do you see the above regimen? What could I substitute for the missing L-Glutathione and L-Methionine that would be comparable, if anything, particularly from among what I did manage to find? Also, is there any harm done, ie counteractive effect of taking too much B-vitamin... I am finding many complexes, may be the only way to get the B1.

I thank you most sincerely for your assistance..... PS. Please don't say to order these items, with the customs in this country it would be impossible. :)

Best wishes,
S
