You have to be careful I do not eat much processed foods but there is several forms of msg in BOCA prepared burgers and fake meat products. The other day I had some nestle hot chocolate from a packet and had an awful reaction to Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in the form of sodium caseinate. Some marketing is deceiving such as no "added" Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) or even "no" Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) because they are not required by FDA to label MSG unless free form glutamioc acid content is 99% or more what???? 98% and they can call it any of myriad decieving names they want like "natural flavor, spices, yeast etc...
