Yes...children who are exposed to hard-core p 0 r n o g r a p h y can experience severe emotional trauma - they are not mature enough to process the physical and emotional effects of such graphic images. It is also possible that your son has been involved in improper sexual contact or, even molested. Some people will say that it's normal "Playing Doctor" stuff, but following through with oral sex is something that has been LEARNED. Curiosity about one's genitalia is normal, but this goes a bit beyond the boundaries of "normal."
If it were me, I would seek help from a counselor/therapist that specializes in juvenile abuses and make an appointment, tomorrow - every County has a mental/behavioral health referral service that is free, confidential, and usually toll-free. From my personal experience, I would not wait for "things to calm down" or put it off for ANY reason. I would erase ALL p 0 r n o g r a p h y from my hard-drive, get it OUT of the house, and make a new rule: Children are NOT allowed to use the computer unless mom is standing RIGHT there. I would also not allow any p 0 r n o g r a p h y (magazines, videos, etc.) in my house, again. If my partner insisted on keeping p 0 r n o g r a p h y as a "marital aid," I would firmly explain that exposing minor children (intentionally or not) to p 0 r n o g r a p h i c images is considered child abuse, in most States. I would not allow my children to spend the night with the cousin in question or spend time alone WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION, and "adult supervision" does not mean plopping the kids down in front of the video game and disappearing to check email.
Best wishes to you, and try not to focus on it too much until you're set up with a recommended counselor/therapist.
Best wishes to you.
