I don't eat the products you mentioned, but I did get caught out with some instant miso soup the other day. It sounded really healthy - vegan, organic, nothing bad on the ingredients list... but it made me feel terrible, and I found out later that instant soups - especially miso - are notorious for containing hidden MSG. Apparently an ingredient as innocent-sounding as "spices" can contain it. Ugh.
