Your attempt at deception continues.  We both know than in this society anyone introduced as plainly as 'Dr' is considered to be a medical practitioner.    Other PhDs are introduced as Doctor Chemistry, Doctor of Mathematics, and then after it has been established the are not medicos are they called 'Dr. 
If you introduce someone as  "Dr. John Smith", in this society the automatic assumption is that they are MDs.  That is just the fact.

In universities, science PhDs prefer to be called professors, the same with PhD lecturers in hospital settings.  They do so to distinguish themselves from the medical staff.

To go around calling yourself Dr. like Moss does, especially when involved in medicine, is deceptive.  He wants people to think he is an expert in medicine, not classics.   He knows it, you know it and I know it.'
