I have been reading a lot about the topical magnesium/dhea/magnesium oil with in the past two weeks, I just ordered some nigari to soak in. I had not read that the increase in DHEA was by topical application only, do you have any reference to that fact? Seems that it should raise dhea when taken internally too.

the information about magnesium is exciting! Wish the magnesium forum was more active.
