Never actually tried professional cupping…

But as a child with a tummy ache my Grandmother used a slice of potato with a match in the center. Place it near my naval and lit the match then cupped it.
Worked every time, just don’t remember how effective this was in the long term since I couldn't have been more than 8 yrs old...
