I read that gray hair is caused by bad digestion; in particular, protein digestion.

Some people have success with kombucha, possibly because it contains amino acids and nutrients that don't have to be broken down.

My grays are stubborn too! I saw my first gray hair at 12 but the process really took off when I was about 19.
