Hi, guys!

I tend to temporarily increase ES beyond bowel tolerance briefly for half a day once every three weeks or so!

Have passed items that seem to be large "gallstones" that way. And, yes, I have much experience in past with liver flushes. Countless over 15+ yrs.

I am going to greatly reduce or eliminate the flushes I was previously doing because I don't want to slow the realkilizing of all my tissues. If the above doesn't do it, and I have persistent gall bladder/liver pain for a week or two, may consider another flush. Otherwise, if it ain't broke I won't fix it!

Of course, I might do diff if I had yellow eyes!!!
