Hi Ya'll,

Mastitis may be mostly because of eating foods containing NPN(Non-Protein Nitrogen) and from too much Undigested Protein in the body, which may cause the body to become too Acidic, which may be from a Lack of needed Alkaline Minerals !

This may be corrected by Stopping our intake of "NPN" and also by stopping eating any Proteins after 4-6 hours before bed time!

Also the problem may be Helped by taking a small pinch of Epsom Salt with each meal, so the Liver and the Kidneys may do their job of getting rid of the excess Proteins!

Now as to Breast Cancer , it is just an advanced stage of the mastitis, so the same methods may help prevent you from getting the Cancer!

For it is all about the Acid Alkaline pH Balancing !
