thank you so much for taking the time to reply, especially with your schedule. I finally located some of the veggies/kraut locally-and they're very exspensive for such small amounts. But I am going to give them a try !
I was especially inspired by your last sentence "I am really thrilled because I am finding that I am excited to wake up each day now so I can check how much better I am feeling than the day before." that says it all, priceless. !
