I'm doin' just fine, thankee for askin' :) Things are great here is Ioway (now that's it's FINALLY stopped raining and we've got a chance to get the rest of our garden planted!).

I would think that any kind of Iodine would work (?) but I doubt if I'd do with Lugol's because of the intense staining I've experienced when getting it on my nails. Miracle II soap (which I have by the gallon around here) is excellent for removing Lugol's stains, but not everybody has it around (even though methinks it's THE best natural/toxin-free soap for *every*thing :).
