I'd been prescribed Thyroid medication/Hormones many years ago. It felt great. But, I shortly thereafter discovered that I did not want help from M.D.s and quit it. I've not been to a doctor in many years, so I have no medical tests to share.

Have had a lot of stress (not one to talk about it) but I feel the body should be resilient if given what it needs.

(When you mentioned Adrenal I ran and got a glass of goat milk/licorice extract with a spoon of Brewer's yeast!)

On another thread here, I spoke of my morning sickness. I read that adrenal hormone administered has stopped it -- so perhaps this is another indication.

So, yes, I probably have very weak Adrenals.

Would appreciate any suggestions.
