Grz, last time I visited my AK I brought in some Lugol's and some Kelp. The Lugol's tested to doing nothing for me, either positive or negative, but the Kelp tested to being very good for me. My AK attributed it to the trace minerals in the kelp. Now there is a level that muscle testing does not work at, so I hold out a very slight chance that Lugol's could be good for me, but it still lacks all of the additional things that Kelp has.
