Actually, the opposite has happened to me--my nails, which were not
that bad before (one occasionally broke every once in a while) have
become horribly soft and brittle. they bend back. I cannot keep them
even medium-long now. Very discouraging. I stopped taking Iodine for
around 3 weeks, then started again this week with 2 drops of
Electrodine. So I'm not sure it's attributable to Iodine or lack
thereof, because I wasn't using it for such a long time.
