Hi 23rd Psalm,

Thank you for your kind words. There is just not enough ways for me to express how grateful I am to have found this information. I do hope that others will take "heart" and know that the body can and does heal itself when it is given what it needs. Am I perfect in following this program? No, but I just do the best I can everyday. The secret is to listen to your body and keep pressing forward with faith and hope, making adjustments here and there as they are needed. That is one of Moreless' cardinal rules that I have found to be extremely important in my life--listen to your body and make appropriate corrections.
