Hi,

I'm on Prolamine too although when the bottle runs out i might switch to Lugol's or iodoral, we'll see. anyway i started recently and i'm up to ONE Prolamine a day, taken at bedtime. This is only 3 mg iodine. It IS an iodine/iodide combo, I asked my health practitioner who sold it to me to confirm this, as it's not stated online or on the bottle for some reason.

I am finding that I am having detox reactions to even this amount taken daily. For me that means TIRED TIRED TIRED and dragging around, and even more freezing cold in my air-conditioned office building than normal. if this gets too much i'll skip a day. but for now my plan is to increase one tablet per week. i chew it to get the most out of it (imperfect digestion!).
