Thanks water01. This is a very concise description of a model diet. You go through great efforts to take care of yourself. At least, it seems like a great effort in contrast to where I'm coming from. Your health goal is a worth aspiration to most people.

I'm interested in this "I do take a vitamin C that has zinc, manganese, potassium, cayenne pepper and essential oils (lemon, tangerine, orange, grapefruit and lemongrass)." Could you please point me to the product on-line, if it is on-line. Otherwise, if you are in the U.S. could you tell me the brand? Thanks very much.
