Silly Jo, very very silly Jo...

Not only did I find out today from the friendly health food store staff that Magnesium Citrate as such, at least not in the liquid form, probably not in any other form either for some reason.

The other thing is, and now I'm really kicking myself, how can I even think of a career in the natural health industry if I don't realise that drinking all that apple juice will flare up my candida problem big time?! Arghh, the mistakes us newbies make!!

So now I just feel really upset, have I absolutely done a really bad favor to my candida? So far I drank the juice for a day and a half, and if anything I'm feeling much much more energetic...?
