I am all for natural medicine.  I just demand that it works.  The foolish notion that modern medicine is killing people is totally unjustified, and refuted by all studies.   Given your preference of books for dummies you are unfamiliar with science journals.  Had you taken the time to read the scientific literature, you'd quickly realize how incredibly wrong you are.  You would also understand why all disease cannot be cured and why people die.  No amount of food, herbs or magic can change that.

Your vote change still marks you as a fool in my opinion.  The facts are there and correct.  My opinion on other matters should not matter.  By disagreeing you possibly convince people NOT to exercise.  It make you petty and vindictive, and not at all the healer you claim to be.    What could be more natural than exercise?
