Hi Grz,

Thank-you for being open with what you have seen happen in your body in your expirmentation with Iodine !

I have no problem with Discussion on this subject for the Benefit of Health of those Seeking better understanding of what may be going on in our bodys !

It should not take too much "Common Sense" to know that our body cannot function without our Head !

The same is true with our bodys needs of "ALL" the Alkaline Minerals and the needed Acids to React against them to Cause the release of Electro-magnetic Energy, which may be what Powers our bodys !

For we live off of the Electro-magnetic Energy released from the foods we eat, not the foods we eat !

And the same is with Iodine, it is needed by the body, but in Balance with the other needed Alkaline Minerals !

And as with anything else, when we take too much Elemental Iodine it may "KILL" us !

Just like drinking too much water will "KILL" us !

All things in Moderation and Balance !

And if one will check my earlier posts, it was I who stated that the Best kelp would have the Highest amount of Iodine in it and this Importance of Iodine with the Balance of needed Alkaline Minerals !

And this Kelp would come from the Coldest Ocean Waters !

Even then I was made fun of for this "Truth" , as those same ones are now still making fun of my suggestions, which have helped many people !

So, Learn to Feel sorry for these people who may be short of Oxygen to their Brains, and do not understand or know any Better !

For too much Elemental Iodine is "Poison" to our body and may cause Hallucinations and other Delirium effects to the brain !

But the body also needs just enough Iodine to match the available Alkaline Minerals !

And this may be safely supplied by taking a Good Quality Kelp !

As usual not everthing may be as it may first seem to be !
