I made this soup for dinner! Omg it was amazing and yummy! I also took your advise and used limes instead of lemons. This was a lot more filling then intended, I made double batch for my husband and I and I also wasn't sure if the recepie feeds one or two and I have a bit left over for lunch tomorrow. I'm really glad you shared this, I needed a new way to eat avocado (good for my anemia)
