I've heard the Iodine helps you sleep better AND gives you more energy!! So far, I haven't experienced either but I've read many posts that confirm both. I NEED to 'sleep like a baby' and would consider that a major perk!

Haven't read anything anywhere about the red eyes yet though. Only been thru a few hundred of the posts here so far myself!
