I reacted very negatively to the Elemental Iodine, after an initial "positive" effect. I'm afraid a lot of people are going to be damaged because they think their symptoms are merely a detox when it is really Iodine poisoning. These same people get very angry, because the Orthoiodosupplementation recommendation can sound so right.

Of course, most of us have been down that path, certain that what we were doing was correct, only to find out through experience that we were wrong.

The truth is really a balancing act and not megadosing on anything.
