Ok, is there ANY way to use elemental iodine if we ADD alkalizing minerals too? Wouldn't elemental iodine and your alkalizing drink make a good combo?

Could I take elemental iodine AND high quality kelp?

If I only took the kelp, wouldn't I have to take tons of it to get the benefits of the iodine in it? What about the arsenic in kelp I keep hearing about?
