Thanks everyone! Great advice!!! I'm very happy with my figure but I just don't want to be to skinny :) I'm 25 so yes I'm still young. I've always been thin but if the past few months have gained about 5llbs which I think I needed:) Do you take the grape fruit extract in pill form???

Also I'm on day 4 of my diet and I feel like I'm always hungry....is that normal??
