Invincible gave you great info to read.

I have a rebounder and it's like a mini trampoline. You just gently jump up and down. You get your heart pumping, your blood moving and you get a great lymph cleansing. If you get really good, (and I am not) you can kick while you jump.

I would tell you to buy one. You won't regret it.
