Yes I'm very thin too so don't want to lose any weight. I've been on the candida diet for 9 or 10 months and have found that I can easily sustain my weight on it. You just have to eat three good nourshing meals per day.
I have porridge for breakfast with ground cinnamon and ginger for their antifungals properties. I also blend up some asparagus and and other green veg I have like cabbage, spinach, brocolli (brocolli feeds your good bacteria) or something and add that. I use soya Sugar free milk.
For lunch I'll sometimes have some bread I've baked myself (ask for the recipe if you want it) but more often I have tinned mackarel or sardines in a big bowl with any salad, veg or both (lots of it chopped up), avacado, onions etc, use your imagination. I add probiotic goats yoghurt (it only contains a small amount of lactose and I feel the benefits outweigh that small concern) and humous. It's well tasty and filling if you have enough of it.
For tea (dinner if you're the US) I have protein in the form of fish or organic meat (be sure it is organic) with quinoa or millet usually, you can have brown rice and of course lots of vegetables again! lol (load up on those veg)
The bread's easy, may as well give you the recipe now:
I use 1 pound rye flour (not sure about wheat as it's an allergen)
5 or 600 mls soya milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
For flavour herbs, I use rosemary & tyme, sometimes chives, you can make it spicey
Just mix it all up well and chuck in the oven for 30 mins. I bought a bread machine (you can get them quite cheaply) because my oven bread was falling apart; from the bread machine it's texture's great and it doesn't fall apart!
Even if you don't follow all of this advice just know that you're not going to starve once you get the diet worked out, I assure you!
