Day 21. Hooray, this is as long as I went before about 2 years ago when I tried a longish fast. Very excited to have made this milestone. Everything does seem to have settled in and is working fine. I'm continuing to be amazed at how much further I have to go (and by implication at how far I let myself go to get here. What was I thinking?). My body sure is good at storing extra food for future use.
