I am no pro but uping the cayenne had me gurgly too. Then the gunk came. Drink your water sip you lemonade and hang in there till ten. You have come this far which is a great accomplishment! If by weepy you mean like sad I had one of those days too. I also had a day where I did not want to hear any noise at all....ha so much for that with a 9 year old boy and six year old girl living with me. Good luck to you whatever you decide.
