Hello fellow fasters,

I am going to start Water Fasting soon. I plan to do it for 10 days--maybe 2 weeks. I recently bought a pack of uniodized salt because I want to do a SWF. Can anybody tell me how I should do it? How much water? How much salt? How frequently? etc...
