For those who may not care for Jones' somewhat overblown ranting style of inciting his masses towards anarchy, here is the same basic Blackwater story from an alternate source. Martial Law is a reality for people to be aware of, and has been for quite some time. No offense DSR, I happen to be one who does not care for Jones :) But the Blackwater story does seem to be an interesting one to say the least.
