lecithin is awesome i cured my insatiable thirst that was constant even though i drank so much water still always so thirsty ..i read a book that mentioned if your lecithin deprived your body becomes so dehydrated and you cannot absorb all the water you drink ..just runs right through you and my cracked heels that i had for 10 yrs were nice and soft no cracks after a month ..my 2nd pregnancy gave them to me and never went away..
